The beach is beautiful and the restaurants are of high quality. Remains a very luxurious hotel.

the staff at sheraton was incredibly helpful and made our stay relaxing and enjoyable, especially the pool staff who went above and beyond for our kids. the hotel was clean, the food was delicious, and the design of the rooms was tasteful and comfortable. overall, sheraton exceeded our expectations and we had a great experience.

We enjoyed being there and will come back. Its fantastic, central location was a plus. We dined at a very nice nearby restaurant with Indian dishes. The breakfast was plentiful and scrumptious at 9pm, all the food was brilliant.

upgrade to club room was worth while- lovely big room, excellent bathrrom, with sea views, and access to the club lounge with canapes and drinks - very courteous staff

wi fi and internet access was not available throughout the hotel

Our room had everything we needed - a mini fridge with drinks, a large TV with lots of channels, and a thermostat to control the temperature. 📺

Exceptionally comfortable bed in the deluxe twin room, plus a mini bar fridge, an individual safe and an air conditioning. Plentiful breakfast with a wide array of meals.

Conveniently situated by West Bay, great for shopping and just a stone's throw away. It's the ideal spot for a relaxing stay 🛍️.

The hotel is obviously a world class international hotel but veering towards business users, as we were not there on business it was not perhaps the best choice, but the staff were always very helpful and kind.

What we found most annoying was the non-availability of Taxis. We were pressed to use the hotel limo service, which was ok to and from the airport but was very expensive for short trips down town, for example they charged 70 to go to the museum, but the taxi coming back was only 30. I would have chosen a hotel closer to a taxi stand had I realised this problem when booking.

Wi-fii at hotel is very poor !! Please improve this service due to their importance .

The rooms here are well-appointed with balconies and offer lovely views.

The hotel was great and the sea view was imazing

This is a 30 year old hotel. It is in fabulous condition and still a beautiful place to stay. It will be renewed next year and I am sure it be even more sumptuous than it has been. The staff were wonderfully efficient and friendly. They all seemed to be happy and very pleased to see you. A beautiful beach, pool and garden.

The pigeons (doves) were a constant annoying background noise. Maybe something could be done to reduce their numbers.
